Electrical Warranty ?
Electrical Warranty
Electrical Products that are properly installed are warranted for 30 days. Limited to exchange for defective only. This warranty does not cover parts that have been used as “Test “ Devices, or that have been dissembled. Under no circumstance consequential or incidental damages caused by a used electrical part will be covered under this limited warranty, this includes towing and or labor charges.

Engine Warranty ?
Engine Warranty
30 Days or 1000 miles which ever comes first. A heat tab has been installed and a missing or melted tab will void warranty. Oil leaks are not covered and we recommend the replacement of the rear main seal and thermostat. Accessory items left on the engine are not covered under this warranty.
Core is Due on sale.Labor or towing is not covered; cores must be drained of all fluids before refund will be issued.

Transmission Warranty ?
Transmission Warranty
All seals, gaskets and filters must be replaced before installing transmission in vehicle. This is the customer’s responsibility! The torque converter must be properly aligned with the pump unit and trans-cooler must be thoroughly flushed of damages particles left by the original defective unit. Failure to do so will void and all warranties. The warranty period is 30 days limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the original purchase price, if a replacement is not available. This warranty does not cover any fluid leakage or labor costs.

We offer no warranties, either expressed or implied as to the fitness of purpose or condition of the said parts so purchased.
You acknowledge that the manufactures and the installers of air bags and Wholesale Auto Parts INC are of the opinion that undeployed air bags present potential danger; not only to the installers, but that the electronic diagnostic devices after any accident may not work or be deployable. As further consideration for Wholesale Auto Parts selling said air bags or component parts to you the buyer. You the buyer also agree to hold Wholesale Auto Parts harmless from any and all liability, either known or unknown to you the buyer.
